Spouting Horn Restaurant - Real Depoe Bay Haunt

It has been reported that those passing by this old restaurant have seen the apparition of a sailor staring down at them from the building's second floor. Employees have reported that the ghost moves cutlery around and likes to scare the workers late at night. The location is no longer the Spouting Horn Restaurant.
