This building dates back to 1905 when it was made for the Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition. It used to be a grand hotel, but is now an apartment complex that is rumored to be haunted. Those that reside here have reported seeing various apparitions, and feeling an intimidating presence on the bottom floor. They say the feeling is less intimidating on the upper floor.

The fireplace turned on by itself and my kids have a car that has four wheels and it was not windy and the car moved really fast and hard and one night we thought we heard my sons laughing but they we’re dead asleep and that night a big heavy thing off rocks fell on the ground but it looked like someone put it there
