What's new at Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights for 2019? Do you have any new rides, attractions, or special features that Haunt Seekers should know about?

This year the entire Haunted House is an iconic 80's horror movie themed attraction! A brand new theme with a new and improved team of designers. It’s looking great so far and we’re really excited about it. Also, this year we're releasing a 15 minute long promotional mini movie to help promote for the event which is really well done and was really fun to make.

What are you most excited about for the 2019 Halloween Season?

We are excited to show how we’ve improved on the previous years. We have new sets, technology and ideas to bring you the best Strip Club Haunted House experience yet!

What differentiates Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights from other local haunts in Oregon?

We are a magical blend of both Haunted House AND Strip Club. The Strip Club Haunted House is sexy, hilarious and whorrifying! ;)

How long has Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights been in business? Can you tell us a bit more about Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights's history?

The Strip Club Haunted House began in 2015. The theme that year was The 7 Deadly Strip Club Sins. Ever since, we’ve been creating unique, sometimes disturbing, themes to entertain our community with!

What's your favorite experience since opening Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights?

Speaking with people after they’ve gone through the haunt and getting their reactions. We’ve had incredible feedback each year and we really feel like we’re providing a much needed adults-only Halloween experience in Portland.

How long is a typical haunt experience at Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights from start to finish?

The typical Haunt experience is about 17 minutes, give or take.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how scary would you say Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights is? Why?

This year I’m going to give it a 10. We have some special scary surprises in store for you for our 5th Annual Strip Club Haunted House.

Does Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights's property have any real haunted history? Do you have a spooky encounter you'd like to share?

The property resides in, and was built on, the historically haunted Old Town Portland - adjacent to the infamous Shanghai Tunnels. We have seen our fair share of spooky occurrences on and around the property.

What inspired you to open up a haunted attraction? What's your favorite part of the business?

We'll we've always loved haunted houses and strip clubs, so we figured why not combine the two and create the World’s only Strip Club Haunted House. Our favorite part of this business is having the ability to improve the quality of peoples Halloween Season experience, by providing them with something sexy and original.

How has new technology (i.e. animatronics, special props, etc) helped you to enhance Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights?

New technology helps us convey to the haunted house enthusiast that we take our Haunted House seriously and would like to provide the best experience possible. This year we will be unveiling technology brand new to the Strip Club Haunted House and we anticipate it'll get some great scares.

Can Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights accommodate large groups? How many people can experience Dick & Matt's Halloween Whorror Nights together as a group?

We accommodate large groups all the time. We just section them off into groups of 4 per walk through so everyone gets to enjoy the full experience comfortably.
